About Betanda

Originally from a small rural community in Indiana, I spent many years living and working in the Midwest before making one of the biggest moves of my life—relocating with my family to Florida’s beautiful West Coast in August 2020. Moving a family of five, along with two cats and a dog, was certainly an adventure! But from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. Florida quickly became home, and I’ve had the opportunity to explore and truly appreciate the many wonderful communities throughout the region.

My professional background brings a unique blend of real estate, sales, marketing, and design. I spent more than 30 years in the printing industry, beginning as a graphic designer and eventually moving into sales. My interest in real estate led me to work with a local Northwest Indiana brokerage, followed by more than six years of experience as a real estate office administrator in both Indiana and Florida.

That experience gave me an in-depth understanding of the real estate process, along with a strong foundation in communication, marketing, advertising, contracts, organization, and client service. Today, I bring that behind-the-scenes knowledge directly to my clients as a REALTOR®.

I’ve come to know and love Florida’s West Coast and surrounding communities—from Dunedin and Tarpon Springs to Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Naples, and beyond, as well as communities throughout Central Florida. Over the years, I’ve also developed a trusted network of professionals and local resources that can be valuable to my clients throughout their real estate journey.
